The chemical composition of colloid in kenaf bast fiber is analyzed, biological enzyme was synthesized, and mechanism of degumming is expounded in molecule level. The theoretical evidence is provided in this paper, and the technological process of kenaf degumming and its parameters are fixed via experiments.
