摘要

The vibration signal of rolling element bearing usually comes from a combination of periodic and random processes due to the running condition and the working environment. Basically, this kind of signal is periodically time various especially when some faults occur on bearing, so it is defined as cyclostationary signal. In this paper, the vibration signal of rolling element bearing with fault is modeled based on the cyclostationary signal processing theory. Then, the foundational theories of second-order cyclostationary signal processing is described, and further more, a so called slice analysis method (of Cyclic Autocorrelation Function) is proposed. Finally, application examples of fault diagnosis of rolling element bearing are studied.
