摘要

The technology and pilot and industrial process flow diagram of titanium hydrogenation have been investigated and offered. Using hydrogenation operation, titanium hydride powders were obtained from electrolytic titanium, titanium sponge, rolled titanium and its lumped rejects. In particular, the environmentally friendly process of removing oxide films from initial materials was developed. Obtained powders of titanium and its hydrides are distinguished for a lower content of impurities that affect the quality, improved processing and special properties. Their application resulted in obtaining and testing a number of products with functional porosity (filters, getters, dispergators, etc.) that were successfully tested by potential clients.
