摘要

The effective use of wood waste produced from demolished houses has become a serious issue. Solving this problem could be an effective means for saving wood resources and reducing the emission of carbon dioxide by burning. The ratio of recycled wood chip from the demolition reached about 20% of the total production. The board industries have made a considerable contribution to the utilization of wood waste produced from demolished houses. However it is necessary to increase the new utilization way of these chip. Therefore the possibility of binderless board which was a kind of the particleboard that did not use the adhesive was researched. As the result, three kinds of chip treatment were very effective for manufacturing of binderless board. About self-bonding mechanism, it can be considered that dissolved lignin is effected to bond chip as glue.
