Maintenance of High Speed Lines

摘要

Maintenance is a very important issue in the Life Cycle Cost of a High Speed System. The strategy of the maintenance has to be fixed early in the project phase. Its implementation is an ongoing process during design, construction and tests. As the world of the high speed changed a lot in the last decades and with the Return of Experience of 50 years High Speed an UIC Workgroup made the State of the Art on Infrastructure Maintenance. RAMS and LCC have to been taken in consideration from the start of the design. The infrastructure parameters to check are very similar in the networks but the control frequencies differ a lot. Condition Based maintenance became more and more regulatory.
