摘要

The safety and efficient operation of high-speed EMU must rely on scientific and efficient maintenance system. We must do deep research on the high-speed EMU maintenance layout and facility configuration. Combined with the EMU operation and management practice of Beijing Railway Bureau, and based on independent innovation, this paper gives systematic exposition on repairing system and framework of Highspeed EMU, innovation of operation and maintenance concept, core requirements of maintenance layout and equipment and facility configuration, maintenance function partition and craft design. And application and practice in Beijing EMU maintenance base is also discussed. This could provide experience and reference to facility configuration and management of high-speed EMU.
