Comparison between Estimated and Actual Power Generation Amounts of Photovoltaic Modules at Tosu City in Japan

For conventional (p-type mono-Si) modules installed at Kyushu Center, National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, comparison between estimated and actualpower generation amount was carried out. Estimated power generation from 2013 to 2016 was calculated using two kinds of temperature coefficient (γ). For both two kinds of γ,it is found that the difference between the estimated and the actual power generation amount is gradually close to zero with the exposure period. The degradation rate is stable from 2014 to 2016, resulting in almost equality between the estimated power generation and the actual power generation amount.
