摘要

In this paper, the potential-induced degradation in 50 MWp photovoltaic power plant was investigated. For the first time, we find that the neutral point of voltage in module string moves forward to the positive pole for a PID-affected module string as time goes on. In addition, some PID-related experiments were carried out for field-aged single crystalline silicon solar modules from ARCO Solar. It was found that the delamination in the solar modules is associated with the phenomenon of PID.
