摘要

The objective of this research is to investigate the seismic behavior of steel beam to RC columnconnections with or without the floor slab, and to act as a proof test for the design of connections of athree-story three-bay reinforced concrete column and steel beam (RCS) in-plane frame at the NCEER,Taiwan tested in the year of 2002 by the international research corporation between Taiwan and USA.Totally six cruciform RCS joint sub-assemblages were constructed and tested. Parameters such ascomposite effect of slab and beam, stirrups in the panel zone, effect of cross beam, loading protocol, andanalytical model for the shear transfer in panel zone were all investigated in this study.
