We consider several mathematical models of tumor treatment involved in using oncolytic virus.These models are free boundary problems of nonlinear systems of partial differential equations, where the urface of a tumor is the free boundary. The first model deals with the competition between tumor cells, a replication-competent virus and an immune response. The second model describes combined therapies against cancer using virus and inhibitor. Finally, we consider a model of cancer radiovirotherapy which requires not only injection of replication-competent virus but also administration of radiodide.2000 Mathematics Subject Classification: 35Q80, 35R35, 92A15, 92C50
