In this paper, the existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium point and global stability of fuzzy cellular neural networks (FCNNs) with Lipschitz continuous activation functions are investigated. The neural networks contain both variable delays and distributed delays. By constructing proper vector Lyapunov functions and applying M-matrix theory, with some novel sufficient conditions the existence and uniqueness of equilibrium point and global exponential stability of FCNNs with variable delays and distributed delays are ensured.
