Artificial Intelligence: improving the scheduling of process manufacturing

Advances in processing power and intelligent searching allow standard computers to perform complex scheduling tasks real time. This paper explores the feasibility and methodology in producing an optimal schedule in a process-manufacturing environment based upon these techniques.
