摘要

A simple comparison between different digester mixing technique has been performed usingcommercially available computational fluid dynamic software. The basis of comparison was theability of the system to provide the adequate mixing needed to keep solids in suspension andmaintain even temperature distribution through out the tank. Simple viscosity models were used tosimulate the effect of solids concentration on flow pattern in the digester.
