摘要

Ti-Pd alloy layer has been prepared on the pure Ti surface by the glow plasma metallurgy technology. A gradient current of Pd's content was observed in the alloy layer. Furthermore,five kinds of compound (TiPd3、TiPd2、Ti2Pd3、Ti3Pd5、Ti4Pd) and Pd appeared. The Corrosion resistant to crack of the alloy in the NaCl saturated solution with the temperature and 8.6% H2SO4 solution with the temperature at 40癈 is better than that of Ti0.2Pd alloy;at room temperature,while the alloy was put into 80%H2OS4 solution,the corrosion rate is just 0.682mm/a,which is 18.2% of that for Ti0.2Pd alloy;Also,when it was immerged in the 30% HC1 solution at the same temperature,the rate is only 0.004mm/a,which is just 12.5% of Ti0.2Pd alloy.
