摘要

Polyesterdiols suitable for the fabrication of PUR/PIR materials may be obtained by alcoholysis of PET wastes, with a mixture of DEG/DPG/MEG, followed by an esterification with adipic acid and/or phthalic acid.rnThe properties of the resultant polyols depend on their raw chemical composition, mean molecular weight and polydispersity. Physicochemical properties such as viscosity, compatibility with HCFC 141b, storage stability were examined.rnSeveral polyurethane foams PUR and PIR were synthesised. After 70℃ ageing, the high level of performances allow these foams to be used in insulation applications.
