摘要

A new versatile experimental set-up enabling reaction monitoring in levitated nanoliter droplets by Fourier-Transformed (FT) Raman spectroscopy is presented. The described instrumentation is suitable for in-situ preparation of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) sols and subsequent addition of analyte for measurement. 9-aminoacridine could be determined in the range from 10~(-10) to 10~(-6) M.
