大深度地下を利用した東京外かく環状道路(関越～東名)の計画について

摘要

The Tokyo Outer Ring Road is a component of three metropolitan ring roads and a high standard trunk road of approximately 85km in length connecting circularly the areas about 15km away from the centre of Tokyo. Most of the section between Kan-etsu Expressway and Tomei Expressway is planned as a tunnel excavated in 'the deep underground' defined by the Law on Special Measures for the Public Use of the Deep Underground. The main tunnel will be the nation's largest shield tunnel with a diameter of 16 m for three lanes. This report contains the detailed plans and backgrounds.
