Recently KAERI has developed the severe accidentrnmanagement guidelines to establish the Korean standardrnsevere accident management system , and its fullrncontents are stored in the electrical hypertext guidancernmodule HyperKAMG. On the other hand, a PC-basedrnsevere accident training simulator (SATS) has beenrndeveloped, which simulates and displays the nuclearrnplants’ severe accidents scenarios graphically. rnUsually the accident mitigation procedures are arnseries of decision making processes under variousrnuncertainty conditions. Thus the training system shouldrnprovide versatile and proper information about the currentrnplant status for successful mitigation activities. This paperrnpresents a fully integrated severe accident training system,rnwhich is composed of the HyperKAMG guidance modulernand the SATS training simulator.
