To Establish the Whole Quality Management Systemfor the Nuclear Power Project

Through the practices and experiences of NPP quality management for many years, this paperrnput forward a concept and suggestion “to establish the whole QM system for the NPP”. The organizationrnhaving overall responsibility for a NPP (e.g. the owner) shall plan to establish this system in initial stage ofrnthe NPP and implement this system during construction. Through the effective operation of this system, itrnshall be ensured that the construction quality accord with the specified quality requirements, it will makernvaluable contributions to the safe and reliable operation of a Nuclear Power Plant.
