RD and commercial application of acrylonitrile catalyst - from bench-scale research to commercialization

摘要

This paper gives examples and results of acrylonitrile (AN) catalysts of MB family developed,manufactured and commercialized by Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology (SRIPT),including applied catalytic research and the study of scaling-up of catalyst preparation as well as operation results of the MB-86 catalyst in commercial reactors.The MB-86 catalyst with world advanced level has been commercialized in two plants of 50,000 t/a.Also in this paper,for catalysis researcher's reference and discussion,are some experimences of commercialization accumulated in the persistent practice of catalyst development.
