Only few small orgaic molecules are known to lead to physical gels in organic solvents~1. The 2, 3-didecyloxyanthracene (DDOA, see fig. 1) is one of these molecules and forms organogels in various solvents at very low concentration~2. For example, 1 molecule of DDOA jellifies 20,000 molecules of ethanol (EtOH) at 25 deg C .
