An optical add-drop multiplexer with a grating-loaded directional coupler in silica waveguides

摘要

An optical add-drop multiplexer with a grating-loaded driectional coupler in silica waveguides was fabricated fr the first time, using the phase mask technique by ArF excimer laser irradiation. This device is small in size and has a polarization-independent property.
