摘要

This paper solves a improtant design problem about winding transposition and ways of loss calcualtion in the power transformer. This paepr considers the real leadkage magnetic field universally with finite element method, and introduces a novel way of the winding transposition. Coupling the leakage magnetic field with equivalent electric circuit, the paper calcualted helical winding losses in powr transormer. The results how that the losses by the transposition design proposed in this peper are a tenth as mcuh as by the conventional transposition methods.
