摘要

The shape optimization of elasto-plastic structures using BEM and a distributed evolutionary algorithm is presented. The criterion of optimization is to minimize areas of plastic zones in the structure. The evaluation of the fitness function for each chromosome in each generation is performed by solving the elasto-plastic direct problem by BEM. In order to speed up the optimization process the distributed evolutionary algorithm is implemented.
