Construction and Management of Sci-tech Information Resources System in Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences

摘要

The information resources and the management of information resources in this paper refer to the broadly-defined concepts. The sci-tech information resources system in provincial academy of agricultural sciences includes information content, information carrier, information organization and staff member of information. A lot of work should be done to construct the information resources system, such as unified planning and concentrated constructing, determining the management and operating mechanism, establishing industrialization idea and promoting sustainable development, strengthening service consciousness and improving the construction quality of information resources system all-sidedly.
