摘要

In order to slow the rusting speed of steel and prolong the life span of concrete elements, the ejecting acrlic polymer mortar was used to maintain and reinforce beams, boards, pillars and trusses, etc in the industrial buildings. In this paepr the mechancial property of ejecting acrylic polymer mortar was tested. The mechanism of carbonizing resistance was analyzed. The advantage of this technology was summarized. The engineering examples show that the technology of ejecting acrylic polymer mortar is reliable and fits for reinforcing aged concrete especially. Furthermore, it is convenient and does not disturb industrial production. Thus this is an effective method in preventing carbonization and cn be referred by the related engineering.
