The excess Gibbs free energy (G~E) of the working pair gives the performance of an absorption heat transformer (AHT) very important influence.The systems that are water/triethylene glycolk,water/glycerol,water/diethylene glycol,water/glycol adn water/sulfolane,were selected as demonstrating objects.By means of thermocynamic analysis and the cycle simulation,this work foucses one's attention fonb the contribution fo the G~E to the AHT's performance and proves that it's an effective mehtod to evalate new working pairs with th excess properties of therimodynamics.One of the results was proposed that in systems exhibiting negative deviation from Raoult's law,one or several systems may exist,the performances of them overpass than other one.
