In order to analyze the variation of gel time of new type composite resistance slurry, this paper studies the effects of different materials ratio and temperature on the gel time by orthogonal.The results show that gelling agent C and temperature have much effects on the gel time.The higher the gelling agent concentration, the shorter the gel time;The higher the temperature, the shorter the gel time.The slurry gel time is adjustable within 20 s~50 min.New composite resistance slurry meets requirements of gob fire prevention, also is suitable for controlling coal spontaneous combustion.
