摘要

In order to analyze thermal safety of fireworks and crackers, take cylinder fan-shaped firework-4 for example, the thermal explosion model is got based on thermal explosion theory. The critical temperature of thermal explosion model is analyzed with numerical calculation method and AKTS-Thermal Safety Software simulation method. The numerical calculation critical temperatures of propellant and effector are respectively 515 K and 491 K, and that the AKTS simulation critical temperatures are respectively 526 K and 505 K, so take the critical temperature of effector as the one of the kind of fireworks. On the contrast, the result consistency and simply step show that AKTS has important pole in thermal safety analysis of hazardous materials, especially ones with shell, layers and package.
