摘要

According to Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods. Manual of tests and criteria (ST/SG/AC.10/11/Rev.4) that the United Nations established, thermal flux that fireworks and firecracker burned will be tested. The aim is to assess its risk. In this paper, this problem will be studied from technical connotation of thermal flux , irradiance measurement principle and test. Experiment results showed that the measurement of irradiance applied to thermal flux is feasible.
