摘要

In the paper the no-linear finite element methed is used to calculate the emission stress of armor-piercing discarding sabot projectiles. The chamber pressure, driving band pressure, driving face force, setback force, radial and tangential inertial force acting on the armor-piercing discarding sabot projectiles result in high equivalent stress and plastic deformation, especially in the sabot and base plug. The FEM calculating models are built in structure characteristic, and analysis by the aid of ABAQUS program. The computing data indicate that there is plastic deformation in emission, especially in the sabot and base plug.
