摘要

To solve the difficulty in information resources sharing in the process of ocean disaster forecast and analysis in Shanghai, an architecture based on Web Services is presented. At the same time, the questions of metadata, test on web services, virtualization, and interacting between web services are discussed. The purpose of metadata design which includes the description of both ocean observation and marine GIS is to find the related resources. This design also contains information resource template used for managing the interface standards interacting of resources. Test on web services strengthens the security in the process of services invoking. Virtualization allows users to access the information resources directly regardless the physical details. Interacting between web services by using coupler can decrease the complexity of data exchange.
