摘要

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of fresh and silage purple-leavedrnsugarcane on in vitro ruminal gas production. Purple-leaved sugarcane (Saccharum sinensernRoxb) was selected to use in this study. Fresh and silage conditions of purple-leavedrnsugarcane had effect on in vitro gas kinetic parameters and gas productions (P<0.01).rnHowever, fresh and silage purple-leaved sugarcanes affected on the insoluble fractions andrnmethane production at 24 h of incubation. The results suggested that different condition ofrngrass had different effect on in vitro gas and methane production, however, others factorsrnaffected on biological properties of anthocyanin, such as molecular weight and structurernshould be further investigated.
