Currently wind projects are behaving like the oil fields,the best resources have already been exploited and developers are looking for sites low wind velocity and complex terrain.The problem of this research was based on the fact that wind farms with low wind speed usually employ conventional technology therefore the capacity factor used to be below 25%which makes them unattractive for public or private investment and inefficient in various senses,especially for matching the increasing clean electricity demand.The problem question is referred in nowadays which is the most efficient technology to exploit wind sites with low wind velocity in complex terrain.
