Research of Manufacturing Process Management for MW Wind Turbine

摘要

The complex structure and cumbersome assembly process of MW wind turbines make a low producing effect,an unguaranteed quality and other problems.In order to solve these problems,a process management research is made.With process preparation,process control,capacity development and other methods,the manufacturing process management level of wind turbine is improved and a process management system is established.Under the developed process management,the efficiency of wind turbine assembly is significantly promoted and the quality is assured.The promotion of Process Management Level will cause a direct improvement for wind power companies in the industry competition.
