摘要

Tn this paper,a novel low-carbon high-manganese alloy containing boron was developed and the effect of heat treatment on the microstructure was discussed.The results indicated that the microstructure of as-cast alloy was consist of ferrite matrix (with some residual austenite),M2B,M23(C,B)6 and Ti(C,N) phase,and the boride distributed in the form of intermittent network;after high temperature quenching,no martensite transformation was observed in matrix,the residual austenite content increased and boride dissolved somehow,the boride volume fraction decreased,moreover,it distributed more even;the effect of heat treatment on microstructure of the alloy was explained by thermodynamics.
