STRUCTURE PROPERTIES OF DTACETATE FILAMENT

Such structure properties as crystallinity and orientation of diacetate filament were investigated by means of Differential Scanning Calorimetry and X-ray diffraction, and so on. The influence of spinning process on structure properties of fibers was discussed elementarily. It was found that diacetate filament possesses two kinds of crystalline structures, and its degree of crystallinity and that of orientation are relatively low; besides, provided that same diacetate flakes were used, spinning process presents a definite, but unobvious influence on structure properties of fiber, while the difference between the spinning process used in tobacco and that in textile showed a comparatively evident influence on structure properties of fiber.
