Water wave scattering by a submerged structure and a vertical step is studied in the presence of a vertical wall which is placed in the lee side of the submerged structure. The eigenfunction expansion method is used to derive the velocity potential which is presented explicitly in terms of infinite Fourier series. The unknowns appear in the Fourier series are computed by solving a system of liner equations which are obtained by using the conditions of continuity of velocity and pressure at two interfaces. The wave induced hydrodynamic forces acting on the submerged body and vertical wall are computed for different geometrical parameters.
