Heuristic typologies will highlight the differences betweeen eastem and western, anot to mention northern and southern values, which include many polar types, scuh as religious or scientific, theoretical or practical, psychological o sociologica, holistic or elemnetal, eclectic or systemic, whether oriented toward the idividual or the human community. seven tables are presented as clusters of numerous tyupes of vlaue sets are related to jung's two bipolrar personality dimensions, as well as to Gardner's seven tyes of human intellignece. In the process we will attempt to evoke enlightenment of the possible sources or ethical bases for fully human conduct, including not only the giudelines to a more productive work and organizational life, but more importantly, the way to a meaningful, if not a genuinely spiritual life, even in the ocntext of the global human ocmmunity.
