The dependences of MIMO system reliability (in terms of outage probability) on the SNR for different characteristics of antenna arrays are obtained. The comparative analysis of different factors influence is carried out. The characteristics include: the configuration of the antenna system, the electrical distance between elements, radiation pattern width, the predominant direction of the signal arrival. Practical recommendations for the construction of MIMO antenna system are done. The value of the profit of the best parameter set using is described.
