摘要

A three-dimensional prediction model has been developed in which the interaction between ground and a rolling tire is considered, which consider finite deformations, large strains, nonlinear boundary conditions and nonlinear material behavior. The Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model in conjunction with explicit FEM is used for the dynamic responses of tire. Static friction and kinetic friction in contact between the ground and tire same as between the rim and tire is considered. The tire dynamic analysis model is built using Msc.patran. Considering the rubber-cord composites, Msc.dytran was used to simulate the inflation and contact-ground process of a tire. In this study, we change values of material parameter to seek optimum for interlayer stress, and finally give a optimization design of material parameter.
