摘要

Epoxidized SBS, namely, ESBS was obtained by epoxidation in cyclohexane, which introduces polar groups into part C=C bonds of polybutadiene segment of SBS. The architecture of products was characterized through ~1H-NMR, DSC etc. The results indicated that C-O bond of epoxy groups is not broken generally and the products possess dual glass transition temperature (T_g). The T_g in lower-temperature area provide linear relationship as the following formula: T_g=0.8984C - 91.48 (C: conversion of double bond) with epoxidation degree. Properties test showed that it decrease the elongation of the products, contrastively, increasing their tensile strength due to the presence of epoxy architecture.
