The Chinese society is historically and inevitably moving towards the era of internationalization.We should place great emphasis on the construction of social credit culture, on the credit economic construction of the socialist market system and on the construction of credit management (system) and credit law (legislation) while the Chinese government is making great effort on promoting 'Sustainable development" and 'Harmonious Society".In fact, it has badly restricted China to play a nice role in the stage of the international economy with a good image in the world while the China's social credit system has not been established. Up to now the Chinese people make little credit sense, and the enterprises' credit management system is usually neglected. The situation also affects the business operation scale, and both in efficiency and benefits in the most of Chinese enterprises. What's more, the potential business partners from foreign countries haven't understood how to rate the Chinese enterprises. It is also greatly restricted Chinese people to the international economic cooperation and integration as well as to the implement the policy strategy of 'Coming in and Go out". The Chinese industry and technology levels have been seriously affected, too. It is sure that the whole levels of the internationalization and civilization should be promoted through the construction of the Chinese social credit management system.
