摘要

The effect of the antiwear fillers on the sliding wear characteristics of antiwear adhesive coating was studied. Sliding wear experiments have been carried out under different conditions with coating added with different fillers. The result showed that proper addition of antiwear filler can improve coating's abrasive-resistance effectively. Fillers with high hardness and good wear-resistance property are suitable on low speed and boundary lubricated condition while fillers having high thermal conductivity are suitable on high speed and poor lubricated condtion. The working mechanism of the antiwear filler in improving the antiwear ability was analyzed and theoretical expression of the relation between coating's wear rate and adding volume of filler was also derived in the paper.
