摘要

The stress distribution and strength condition of multilayer flat container for extruding aluminum sheets with flange have been simulated by elastic FEM under different extrusion pressure, hole sizes and shrink-fitting ranges. The results show that the distribution of shrink-fitting pressure is not uniform on the shrink-fitting interface, the maximum allowed extrusion pressure is 500MPa with present container of hole size 850×250mm and 600MPa with the hole size being changed into 850×320mm.
