Thank you, Bruce and Keith. Thank you for having me. I'm delighted to be here.rnAs Bruce mentioned, my organization worries about essentially everything that moves and makes pollution. That includes everything from weed whackers up to large oceangoing vessels, including the fuel that these engines and vehicles use. We're the organization that removed lead from gasoline many years ago, more recently sulfur from diesel fuel, and we established national standards to reduce those emissions.
