It is expected that the HFM modified with MPC copolymers have a potential in application for a novel high performance liver assist bioreactor device because of its good permeability, hemo-compatibility, and cytocompatibility. And, its performance as a high performance hollow fiber bioreactor need to be examined in more detail and this evaluation is now in progress.
