摘要

In this work, lysozyme was successfully incorporated into Ca-P coatings produced on the surface of chitosan scaffolds using a biomimetic technique. It was also demonstrated that the presence of this enzyme was able to change the coating morphology and crys-tallinity. These changes are expected to influence the cell response to the developed systems and further studies will be carried out to exploit the effect of these coatings with novel properties.
