In skarn-type tin deposits there are varieties of minerals, which are closely associated, besides, therernexist secondary copper sulfide minerals, and their floatability is similar, therefore it is difficult tornseparate them. For the complex and refractory low-grade Cu, Mo, Bi, W, Au and Ag ore, a processrnflow-sheet applied is bulk flotation of sulfide minerals---Cu-Mo and Bi-S separation of rough bulkrnconcentrate---separation of Cu and Mo---separation of natural Bi and S---scheelite rougher fromrnsulfide flotation tailings---cleaning of scheelite rougher concentrate by heating, making the low-gradernvaluable metals associated in the tin deposits effectively enriched. When the Mo grade is 0.04 perrncent, Bi grade 0.053 per cent, Cu grade 0.07 per cent and W grade (WO_3) 0.2 per cent, the followingrntechnical indexes are obtained: Mo concentrate grade 46.08 per cent, Mo recovery 82.23 per cent; Birnconcentrate grade 18.5 2 per cent, Bi recovery 50.49 per cent; Cu concentrate grade 18.70 per cent,rnCu recovery 85.31 per cent; W concentrate grade 72.51 per cent (WO_3), W recovery 76.53 per cent,rnthereby realising the effective enrichment and separation of Cu, Mo, Bi, S and W.
