New Phosphor Triad for Flat CRT Screens

摘要

In conclusion, we report a novel phosphor triad based on binary and oxygen compounds of gallium. These materials are good heat and electrical conductors. Though they are transparent, they can easily change color. Their main advantage is phosphors with unique properties.
